Leadership Development Retreats
Inviting leadership teams to embrace transformation and skill-building while cultivating inner development and relational ability to address complex issues collaboratively. This enhances well-being, effectiveness, and the capacity to navigate whatever life presents.
Our times require us to grow in our leadership to be fit to face the complex challenges before us. Leadership Development Retreats draw on a medley of resources, tools, and processes from Applied Improvisation, Liberating Structures, Immunity to Change™, and Conscious Leadership. Participants engage in deep reflection, courageous dialogue, and are invited to shift mindsets, develop and practice the skills necessary for creative and collaborative leadership.
David spent two days with our leadership team and had a very positive and lasting impact. Due to citywide reorganization, we were a newly constituted group and needed to build our relationships and form as a team. David facilitated great discussion and interaction within the group, and we concluded with an action plan and follow up that we continue to build upon today. At the beginning, several people in our group were reluctant to participate for various reasons, but in the end, everyone was appreciative of the experience and recognized the value.
