“Play Break is a breath of fresh air, a moment of fun during a busy day, an opportunity to play and laugh with people you haven’t met yet, an inspiration for new activities in your future meetings, a place where the rules are simple: be there for 20 minutes and let David take you to a safe space that will energize you.”

Danièle Bienvenue, Coach – Facilitator at Management Savvy Inc.

“I loved David’s Play Break!  I continue to float with delight, pleasure and a big warm smile.  He amazes me with his facilitation capacity to bring together total strangers into a place of creativity, humor, and sweet connection.”

Jeffrey Ring, Ph.D. Health Psychologist, Leadership Coach and Health Justice Champion

20min Play Break: it’s free and freeing! Upcoming…Feb 26 and every Thursday in March.

9-9:20am Pacific

For leaders, coaches, and learners

Come experience the power of simple improv games to:

  • improve your well-being,
  • shift out of our overactive amygdala (fight-flight center),
  • cultivate creativity,
  • build confidence, and
  • grow a much-needed ability to deal with whatever life brings.

NPR did a story on the power of improv and what’s possible in just 20 minutes a day. Absolutely zero improv experience necessary. Just show up and play!

  1. We’ll do a simple check via Zoom chat on how you’re feeling as you arrive. (Hint: it’s all welcome)
  2. Play some simple and fun improv games.
  3. And check out to see how you are feeling as you leave (Most people find their energy shifts during and after play break!)

20 minutes of play can make a big difference. Come find out / share with a friend!
